Exchange Policy

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy Exchange Policy.

We allow the Exchange of the items purchased from Begum Shop within 48 hours From the date of delivery as mentioned below.

Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.

All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse.  If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

Please note that shipping costs in case of an exchange or change of mind/size should be borne by the customer.

Shop Begum will bear the cost of shipping in case you have received a damaged/defective product.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

1. Domestic (National) Shipping
• Shipping Charges:
• Standard shipping for prepaid orders : Free delivery
• Standard shipping for COD : ₹150
• Express shipping: ₹200(Delivery within 1-2days)
• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 5-6 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Partners: We ship through Delhivery to ensure reliable delivery.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

2. International Shipping

• Shipping Charges:
• Standard international shipping: 1 Article :- INR 2700
2-3 Articles :- INR 3600
4-5 Articles :- INR 4500
6-7 Articles :- INR 5400
• Express international shipping: We don’t provide
• Estimated Delivery Time: International deliveries may take 5-7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

3. Order Tracking & Issues
• Customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• If the order is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact on our Customer care .

4. Returns & Exchanges
• Returns can be initiated if the product received is damaged or different from the one ordered for this vedio of opening the parcel is required.
• Domestic Exchange : Customers must cover exchange shipping costs from both sides.
• International Exchange : Customers must cover exchange shipping costs from both sides.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
