• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
2. Custom/Personalized Orders:
• Orders for customized or personalized clothing cannot be canceled once production has started.
3. Refund Process:
Refund will only be initiated if the order is canceled by Shop Begum itself.
