Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
• Customers can cancel their order before the order is shipped for a full refund.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for exchange as per our return policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Us:
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
3. Custom/Personalized Orders:
• Orders for customized or personalized clothing cannot be canceled once production has started.
4. Refund Process:
Refund will only be initiated if the order is canceled by Shop Begum itself or Customer cancel the order before it is shipped. If the product is damaged or different from the ordered one then the refund will be initiated For this *Vedio of opening the parcel is required *
Refund Turnaround Time :- 5-7 working days.
