- We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy Exchange Policy.
- We allow the Exchange of the items purchased from Begum Shop withinĀ 48 hours From the date of deliveryĀ as mentioned below.
- Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.
- All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse.Ā If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
- Please note that shipping costs in case of an exchange or change of mind/size should be borne by the customer.
- Shop Begum will bear the cost of shipping in case you have received a damaged/defective product.
- Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
